By providing personal data, the User consents the Center of Corporate Medicine LLC for processing, storage and use of the personal data based on the Law №58 of the Kyrgyz Republic of the 14th of April 2008 "On Personal Information" for the following purposes:
- Informing the User about upcoming courses
- Distribution of text and video content related to first aid and the topics of first aid courses conducted by Center of Corporate Medicine LLC
- User receiving information about new vacancies of the company

Personal data means any personal information that allows one to identify the User/Buyer, such as:
- Full Name
- Date of Birth
- Contact number
- Email address
- Mailing address

Users' personal data is stored exclusively on electronic devices and processed using automated systems, except when non-automated processing is necessary to fulfill legal requirements.
LLC "Center of Corporate Medicine" undertakes not to transfer the received personal data to third parties, except for the following cases:
- At the request of the authorized state authorities of the Republic of Kyrgyzstan (hereinafter referred to as the RK) only on the grounds and in the manner established by the legislation of the RK
LLC "Center of Corporate Medicine" reserves the right to unilaterally make changes to this policy, provided that the changes do not contradict the current legislation of the RK. Policy changes come into force after they are published on the website https://itls-russia.com.
